Creating a luxury experience

SEA Prime has teamed up with Associazione Montenapoleone to launch a new VIP lounge at its Milano Linate Prime FBO in Italy

Chiara Dorigotti, general manager, SEA Prime

How did this partnership come about?
Milano Linate Prime is, for our business aviation customers, their gateway to Milan – a city of fashion, design and luxury. We needed to reflect that, so who better to help us than Associazione Montenapoleone, which oversees the Montenapoleone district, with its luxury fashion and other attractions? We have paired our Prime Concierge service and the Montenapoleone VIP Lounge as a fundamental element of the ever-wider range of high-quality services that we offer. I’m confident that this will not only be for our customers a simple extra service but an indispensable component of their stay in Milan.

What makes Association Montenapoleone the ideal partner?
Associazione Montenapoleone is the perfect synthesis of what our passengers look for and love: exclusive experiences, best quality products of the top luxury brands and services, prompt solutions and answers for any kind of need or request, even the most challenging. It is the same approach to the client that we have.

How does such a partnership benefit SEA Prime as a whole?
It’s part of our wider strategy, focusing on the development of services dedicated to passengers and crew. We follow a clear principle of ‘partnership with the best in class’, as we have done with BMW and Gate Gourmet Italy. We believe the more our passengers experience these services, the more our outlets are seen as premium destinations.

Are you planning other partnerships?
We will continue to look for new opportunities to constantly improve our offer.

Are you looking to set up similar partnerships at Milano Malpensa Prime, the main airport in the city, where you also have a facility?
Yes, all of the partnerships could be extended and customized for other locations. This is something we are planning.

What do the next few years hold for SEA Prime?
Our strategic path is clear: over €20m of infrastructural investments, including a new FBO at Milano Malpensa and a hangar at Milano Linate Prime, to attract new customers and operators, with enhancement to the range and quality of services. Maintenance services with the right partners will be another area of development.

Guglielmo Miani, president, Associazione Montenapoleone

Why have you partnered with SEA Prime?
We share the same client base and customer approach. In fact, most of the private aviation clients to the city are shopping in Montenapoleone before their departure. We wanted to make sure that these clients are properly taken care of. Think of it as a bespoke suit, where Montenapoleone VIP Lounge gives access to all sorts of privileges reserved only for the most important clients of the 150 luxury brands in the Montenapoleone district.

How will the partnership benefit customers?
It will offer benefits to current Sea Prime clients, and increase the incentives for others to consider Milan as a destination. Current Montenapoleone clients, and in particular Montenapoleone VIP Lounge clients, will become more aware of the convenience of flying private through Sea Prime, with more flight services available in the future.

What specific services are on offer to business aviation customers?
How about the latest collections from our top brands, all in your size, waiting for you to browse at the VIP lounge or in your hotel bedroom? Or we could arrange a private viewing of The Last Supper by Leonardo Da Vinci, or dinner prepared by a local chef. It’s the best of our city made readily available for the ultimate experience.

How do you ensure that your services meet the needs of specific customers?
This is the essence of Montenapoleone VIP Lounge: anything is possible. After all, this type of client expects nothing less.

How will you be working with SEA Prime?
From today, all of the services are available and can be booked through the concierge at SEA Prime, but if you don’t have time to pass by the VIP Lounge, everything can be arranged directly at the terminal.
