DC Aviation Al-Futtaim and UAS enter ground-handling agreement

UAS International Trip Support and business jet operator DC Aviation Al-Futtaim (DCAF) have entered an agreement to provide ground handling, hangar parking and FBO handling at DCAF’s facility at Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai.

As part of the agreement, UAS clients will have access to high-quality hangarage, technical support and other handling facilities in addition to an extensive personalized service, improved response time and more competitive rates at Al Maktoum.

“At DCAF we continually strive to improve our service levels to meet the ever-growing demands of our customers. We place the customer as the focal point of everything we do and this has been our philosophy from day one,” said Holger Ostheimer, general manager of DCAF. “We are extremely pleased to bring on board UAS a global trip-support company and look forward to providing their clients with the highest levels of service.”

“This agreement ensures our clients get the most superior handling and services at Al Maktoum,” said Omar Hosari, UAS co-founder and CEO. “This is a great partnership because both UAS and DC Aviation Al-Futtaim prioritize the fundamental importance of excellence in all we do and at every level of service delivery.”
