Tom Everitt, head of ground ops, myairops discusses the services the company offers for planning and trip support.

Can you describe how myairops’ software facilitates trip planning and support?

Our software provides a suite of services to the business aviation industry and specializes in managing charter and aircraft management operations. The advanced tasking software lends itself to both types of operation and seamlessly enables bulletproof trip support planning.

The software integrates everything required for a successful operation into one platform and ensures an end-to-end trip-planning process. This results in optimized operations through enhanced efficiency, reduced errors, and improved resource allocation, ultimately leading to cost savings and an elevated level of service for clients in the business aviation sector.

How does the software streamline operations?

myairops exists to automate business processes based on over 35 years of knowledge of building products specifically for aircraft operators. These include myairops flight, myairops fbo, myairops cam and
myairops stores.

We partner and integrate with other software products including flight planning tools, customs and immigration, fuel, safety management, charter engine, airport fees, satellite and ADS-B tracking, and more. This allows organizations to do more with their resources.

We have a focus on actionable data and workflow optimization. By using real-time data feeds, historical data, and sophisticated algorithms, the software optimizes route planning, schedules and whole operations. This results in dynamic flight scheduling, efficient operational planning, enhanced resource allocation and ultimately delivers a safer and smoother compliant operation for business aviation clients.

How does your software address challenges around international trips?

The software functions cover regulatory compliance, customs protocols, and handling services amongst many others. By integrating up-to-date international regulations and automating compliance checks, myairops ensures smooth planning while also providing insights into customs procedures and coordinating efficient ground-handling services.

As well as the software, our trip support team are experts in their field. They combine their knowledge with the software to provide an all-encompassing personal service to our clientele.

How does myairops support effective communication between stakeholders?

The software’s integrated platform allows seamless information sharing between flight crews, operations, maintenance management, ground services and the operator’s clients. This enhances decision-making by providing up-to-the-minute data on flight plans, weather updates, and operational changes, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the trip planning and execution phases.

Through our comprehensive flight watch services, we provide continuous updates using real-time data from our live radar feed. Additionally, the myairops crew app facilitates all-around communication.

How does myairops adapt and respond to industry trends and client needs?

We are constantly evolving our products and services to the changing needs of operators and other stakeholders. We adapt our suite of products to meet the needs of the operator and those of the agencies requiring the data to make sure that the product remains relevant in the fast-paced changing environment that we operate in.
We are fortunate to work with many formidable operators constantly feeding back into our product. These partnerships allow us to be extremely responsive and adaptable in our quest to remain current and forward-thinking.
