Cat Air Service gains IS-BAH accreditation for Zurich FBO

Swiss ground-handling company Cat Air Service has received official International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) accreditation for its FBO based at Zurich Airport.

Parent company Air Service Basel also received IS-BAH certification last year for its excellence in ground handling and FBO services at EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg in Switzerland.

Robert Whitehead, general manager at Cat Air Service, commented, “It’s an absolute privilege to be receiving this accreditation. We are still a fairly new and humble Swiss company compared to the global network FBOs based at Zurich Airport. It’s a great achievement for us to be officially recognized for our hard work and dedication to our customers and the quality of the services we provide.”

Created in 2014, Cat Air Service is a joint venture between Swiss companies Air Service Basel and Cat Aviation AG, and is the only company to have an airside lounge at Zurich Airport.
