Chantilly Air renews IS-BAO Stage 3 registration

Chantilly Air has renewed its International Standard – Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) Stage 3 certification and Wyvern Wingman status.

As an IS-BAO Stage 3 certified operator, Chantilly Air complied with on-site third-party audits that verified its crew members and staff are actively participating in the safety documentation and processes required. This certification is the highest IS-BAO certification offered to aircraft operators.

While all aircraft charter providers are obligated to abide by FAA Part 135 regulations, only those providers that independently choose to participate in the third-party guidelines are audited and eligible to receive the IS-BAO and Wyvern Wingman certifications.

“Providing our clients with the knowledge that we have gone above and beyond what the FAA requires of an aircraft operator is part of our customer commitment,” said Caleb Stitely, Chantilly Air’s marketing and client relations manager.

“Our team has worked very hard to maintain a high standard in business aviation. By renewing our IS-BAO Stage 3 and Wyvern Wingman accreditation, we illustrate to our customers and vendors our sincerity in providing the highest level of safety in our operations while delivering industry leading customer service,” said Tim Sullivan, COO and director of operations for Chantilly Air.
