Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation has delivered the first Gulfstream G650ER into China, providing the ultra-long-range aircraft to Minsheng Financial Leasing Co. Limited (MSFL).

“This delivery is significant for many reasons,” said Mark Burns, president, Gulfstream. “It highlights the continued need for long-range business jet travel in China, the role MSFL has played in expanding Gulfstream’s presence in the region, and the continued strong performance of the all-new Gulfstream G650ER, an aircraft that was delivered on time and exceeded what we promised.”

The G650ER has a range of 6,400 nautical miles at Mach 0.90 and 7,500 nautical miles at Mach 0.85, meaning it can fly from Beijing (China) to Dallas (Texas, USA) or from Shanghai (China) to New York (New York, USA) non-stop.

According to Gulfstream, the aircraft features the largest purpose-built business-jet cabin, wider seats, more aisle room, 16 panoramic windows, the lowest cabin sound levels and the lowest cabin altitude of any business jet.

MSFL is the largest business-jet owner in Asia and operates 64 Gulfstream aircraft to support the company’s aviation-leasing operation.
