Three Cessna F406 will be added to RVL Group’s fleet from September. The specialist aviation services provider, based at East Midlands Airport in the UK, already operates nearly 20 aircraft, including Cessna 310, 402 and 404, plus other F406 models.

The three recently-acquired turbine-powered airplanes are currently undergoing maintenance. Designed to carry freight and passengers, the aircraft are equipped with cargo baggage pods and can carry a payload of up to 1.5t. Joining RVL Group’s existing portfolio of long-term contracts, the F406s will also be available for ad hoc hire.

David Connor, RVL Group’s commercial operations director, said, “Our many years’ experience in operating this aircraft type means that the addition of three more Cessna F406s gives us a quick, easy and cost-effective increase in capacity, which enables us to make a compelling offer to current and potential customers.”
