Colorado JetCenter finishes interior renovations

Colorado JetCenter, the Avfuel-branded FBO at Colorado Springs Municipal Airport, has completed its interior renovation project and is now welcoming guests. The revamp mainly concerned the common areas of the terminal, with walls moved to open up the space and the customer service counter relocated. The ceiling was heightened too, with new grids and tiles, and LED lighting installed throughout.

New features include a coffee bar, a ramp-viewing area, a TV lounge, and pilot lounges. A new water fountain is available, with the FBO giving guests high-end reusable water bottles to keep as an environmental measure.

The color scheme of the new look follows natural cherrywood, with black granite and stainless steel. There are now plans to renovate the facility’s restrooms, with improvements to the exterior at a later date.

Aaron Wood, Colorado JetCenter general manager, said, “We’ve received stellar feedback from our customers concerning the final product. They’re just as excited as we are about this upgrade. The new look and feel of our FBO is inviting. It allows us to do our job with a high level of service – as always – but in a space our guests can truly enjoy.”
