Fly Arkansas will open its third FBO in October at the former Hawker Beechcraft complex at Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock.

The company will lease a 55,882ft² section of the 406,000ft² facility and will occupy hangar and office space that was previously part of the Hawker Beechcraft jet completions facility, according to AIN Online. The company is also planning to install a 50,000-gallon-capacity fuel farm.

“Fly Arkansas is an excellent fit for the space, and its opening will build leasing momentum for this tremendous facility, which has a lot to offer a variety of companies,” said Mark Saviers, managing partner at commercial real estate firm Sage Partners, which has been marketing the site since it was take over by the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission in 2013. The remainder of the facility can be subdivided or leased in total.
