Chambéry Savoie Airport in France has opened its newly renovated FBO in time for the coming winter season.

Airport operator VINCI Airports has completed the upgrade to the business aviation terminal in a bid to improve the quality of service provided to passengers. The departures area of the terminal now includes renovated toilets, a boutique and a bar area, as well as improved signage. The exterior of the building will be given a new façade in 2016.

Chambéry Savoie Airport welcomes 10,000 passengers each year and is popular during the winter months thanks to its close proximity to the French Alps and the main ski resorts such as Courchevel, which can be reached in just 15 minutes by helicopter.

The business aviation terminal reopened on Friday, December 5, 2015, and offers a large selection of services that can be customized to the needs of each individual client, including delicious catering, comfortable transfers by limousine or helicopter, and hotel and taxi reservations.
