Astra Aviation selects FBO One to support operational management


African flight services provider Astra Aviation Services has selected FBO One from Amsterdam Software to provide its online operational management. The new system will provide enhanced logistics across all its front and back office departments to enable Astra Aviation to provide a superior service offering and facilitate increased efficiency to all its customers across its locations in nine African countries.

Astra Aviation Services specializes in providing support services to commercial, cargo and business aviation clientele in Africa, including operational support, ramp handling, catering and fuel supply services. Together, these services at each of its locations currently generate a huge amount of planning, paperwork, communications and logistics. The FBO One software will offer an individual picture of each and every customer’s activity, as well as ‘the bigger picture’ and help to meet the company’s requirements between all departments more quickly and more efficiently. FBO One’s online product has the added benefit of being accessible on any (mobile) device, further enhancing workflow efficiency.
