Jet Access has begun preleasing hangar and office space at its new corporate aviation complex at Dallas Executive Airport (RBD) in Dallas, Texas.
Construction on the 80,000 sq. ft. corporate aviation complex is nearly complete and is expected to be open by late March.
“Space is already filling up with interested parties who want to take advantage of the convenient location, brand new facilities, and expanded hangar space,” said Sean White, EVP of FBO Development, Jet Access. “The new facility is located on the recently developed west side of the airfield, which allows direct access to I-35 and a quick route to downtown Dallas.”
The new 80,000 sq. ft. terminal and hangar facility will feature 60,000 sq. ft. of hangar space (two hangars: 28,000 sq. ft. and 32,000 sq. ft. and a new private and modern FBO terminal.
The hangars will have 29-ft. doors with the ability to accommodate large to midsize aircraft up to a Global 7000.
Jet Access will provide flexible leasing arrangements, with short-term and long-term options available, along with based tenant fuel discounts.
