The merger will be effective from August 1, 2016, and the new company will be headquartered in West Palm Beach with an expanded service reach to include DeKalb-Peachtree Airport in Atlanta, Georgia, and the Gary/Chicago International Airport in Chicago, Illinois.

Infinity Aircraft Services will provide on-demand private jet maintenance; AOG support; scheduled inspections; avionics installation and service; engine and APU services; conformity and pre-purchase inspections; and interior refurbishments for business and general aviation aircraft.

Our customers will benefit from increased scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance capabilities at our West Palm Beach, Atlanta and Chicago locations.”

John Girzadas, President of B Coleman Aviation, added, “The merger will expand our position in West Palm Beach and strengthen our presence within the private jet maintenance market. We will have the ability to provide customers with a broader range of services, including on-demand and rapid response teams, to satisfy all their maintenance needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
