Constant Aviation, an MRO provider with a nationwide network across the USA, has announced that it has entered into an exclusive agreement to acquire StarPort, a full-service MRO and FBO based at Orlando-Sanford International Airport, Florida. The deal is expected to close during the first quarter, and will provide Constant with its first paint operation.

Stephen Maiden, president and CEO, Constant Aviation, said, “The addition of StarPort aligns with our goal to maintain multiple, full service MROs in key regions across the nation. After providing us with our first paint operation, we will then add a paint facility at our company headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.”

Jacqueline Cambata, president of StarPort, added, “We’re delighted to work with Constant Aviation and believe this acquisition provides a unique opportunity for our teams to continue to provide world class service to our clients. Constant Aviation maintains a family-centered culture, built on passion, dedication, and values. These principles, combined with the drive to deliver an unparalleled customer service experience, made this agreement the right decision for the future of StarPort.”
