Jet Aviation completes US$250m acquisition of Hawker Pacific

Jet Aviation has completed its US$250m acquisition of Hawker Pacific, a provider of civil MRO, fleet and FBO services and aircraft sales across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

As part of this acquisition, Jet Aviation will add 19 locations across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East to its global network, including seven FBOs, 14 MRO facilities and over 400,000ft² (37,161m²) of hangar space. More than 800 employees will also become a part of Jet Aviation.

Hawker Pacific operates in integrated civil and military aerospace sales and product support in the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East, working in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, China and the United Arab Emirates. It supports a wide range of fixed wing aircraft and helicopters for corporate, charter, defense and special mission operators.
