HADID offers a wide range of aviation support services including the operation and management of several FBOs, or as HADID prefers to term them: Executive Aviation Terminals.

Flight Permits – For all accessible flight types and routes, HADID can obtain all the necessary permits needed, including overflight and landing clearances.

HADID can also secure permits for commercial and general aviation flights, emergency and diplomatic missions worldwide, with shorter average lead times than the official/regulatory averages.

HADID’s flight permits department is available 24/7 and will also assist with Special Clearance and pre-clearance of flights including Advanced Passenger Information (API) and US TSA Waivers.

Air Charter– HADID charter services cater to a diverse spectrum of clients and scenarios. HADID provides charter services for governmental missions, cargo missions, humanitarian missions, emergencies, and medical evacuations (MEDEVAC). HADID also offers helicopter charter flights services and other services based on your requirements.

Navigation Support – HADID’s highly experienced Navigational Support Services department works closely with worldwide Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs) to ensure quick and efficient navigation fees generated by the relevant authorities. In addition, Hadid reviews CAA invoices to ensure their costs are accurate based on flight details and will fix any anomalies while providing exact conversion rates.

Flight Planning – HADID uses in-house methods and software to provide International Flight Planning (IFP) with various layers of optimisation for its clients. HADID generates flight plans based on multiple characteristics such as flight destinations, aircraft performance, and weather conditions to ensure fuel efficiency and accurate flight information while maintaining maximum safety and security.

Governmental Flight Support – HADID’s streamlined services can also serve governmental aviation sectors. HADID provides the same immaculate level of service to Diplomatic Missions, Heads of State, Air Forces, United Nations Missions, Chartered Diplomatic Delegations, National Teams, Ministries, and NGOs. Executive Aviation Terminals

In 2018, HADID partnered with Riviera Airport (IATA: ALL, ICAO: LIMG) in Italy to operate and manage the Executive Aviation Terminal. HADID Riviera was formed to develop and administer executive aviation services at the airport, including the newly renovated Executive Aviation Terminal.

The airport is exclusive to business aviation, catering mainly to high-net-worth clientele flying to and from surrounding areas. HADID Riviera has evolved into a world-class facility with a full array of GSE and service vehicles and HADID’s ground crews on-site.

The inside features a business centre, meeting rooms, staff, and passenger rest areas, as well as fast-track CQI.

As part of the aviation and executive lounge services, HADID offers flight permits, planning, ground handling, fuelling, concierge, charter flights, medical evacuations, and preparations for VIP helicopter and limo services.

HADID also operates an Executive Aviation Terminal in Karachi, known as the Mehran Lounge. Just like the Riviera lounge, the Mehran Lounge boasts best-in-class facilities. HADID also has an Operations Control Centre (OCC) to secure landing and overflight permits, generate optimised flight plans, conduct flight-following, pertinent NOTAM updates, perform airport analyses, and more.

Meanwhile, HADID’s concierge departments handle passenger and crew arrangements such as airport meet and greet, transportation, hotel accommodation, and visa assistance.

40 years of Expertise

As mentioned earlier, Hadid International Services has evolved to conduct business worldwide. HADID now provides a complete variety of international trip planning services and air charters, Executive Aviation Terminal management, and governmental flight assistance.

Until the year 2000, HADID was the only global flight support firm of its kind in the Middle East. As digital transformation began in 2002, HADID developed a powerful in-house proprietary software system dubbed “MASTER” and later upgraded to “COMPASS”. COMPASS remains the company’s flight management system and CRM handling thousands of flights.

Also in the early 2000’s HADID began offering services more internationally, expanding its first operations centre outside the Middle East at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. Following this, HADID quickly expanded to other markets across the USA, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

HADID celebrated a significant milestone in 2010 when it opened its first office in New Delhi, India. Since its inception, the company has been a trusted provider to India’s booming aviation industry while expanding its service offerings.
