With under a month to go until the reimagined European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) opens its doors in Geneva, Business Airport International readers can now take advantage of an exclusive discount code for 2025 tickets.
The discount gives access to early-bird pricing, and can be applied to registration applications via the EBACE website. The discount code is: NLYVPXVK
The code grants immediate access to reduced rates: €215 for EBAA members; €405 for non-members; and €90 for university students wishing to attend all three days of the event.
EBACE2025, which runs 20–22 May at Palexpo, Geneva, promises a completely refreshed format, with a newly unveiled conference agenda spread across three dynamic stages: Flight Daily News Live, AIROPS, and Innovation.
A new highlight for 2025 is the EBACE Welcome Celebration, a special evening designed to reconnect the Business Aviation community with drinks, light bites and meaningful conversation, set to the sounds of a local Swiss DJ.
Taking place in the Central Networking Lounge, Palexpo, on Tuesday, 20th May from 5:00-6:30pm, the gathering will set the tone for a new chapter in the show’s evolution.
“2025 marks a turning point for EBACE. We’re raising the bar on both content and experience, rather than repeating what’s been done for the past 20 years. For the first time in the event’s history, our newly introduced Welcome Celebration will allow attendees to ease into the energy of the show and celebrate what brings us together,” said Robert Baltus, chief operating officer at EBAA.
“We’re investing in quality over quantity, setting the stage for a stronger return in 2026. Planning a show of this scale takes time and we have a long-term vision for EBACE. Europe needs one central Business Aviation event where the whole industry gathers, driven by collaboration, innovation and community. We’re excited about what’s ahead and proud to bring that vision to life.
“With a show floor featuring leading exhibitors including Lufthansa Technik, 4AIR, Falcon, Leonardo and Rolls-Royce, plus new networking pods conveniently located by coffee and lunch stations, every detail is designed to enhance business connections.”
