ExecuJet’s Berlin and Lanseria FBOs have gained International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) Stage II accreditation. The company now has three IS-BAH Stage II-recognized FBO facilities, with the other being at Zürich, Switzerland.
The Berlin FBO is based at Schönefeld Airport and features an exclusive luxury VIP lounge with conference facility and extensive pilot and crew facilities. ExecuJet’s Lanseria FBO is based at Lanseria International Airport in South Africa, and has 9,000m² (96,875ft²) of hangar space, a private ramp and amenities such as passenger lounges with shower facilities, refreshments, complimentary daily newspapers and televisions.
Ettore Poggi, Group FBO director for Luxaviation Group, of which Execujet is a part, commented, “The news that our Berlin and Lanseria FBOs have also achieved IS-BAH Stage II accreditation rounds off an excellent year for ExecuJet’s network of FBOs.
“Seven of our 25 facilities now hold IS-BAH accreditation, with Zürich, Berlin and Lanseria becoming the first in their respective countries to attain Stage II status.
