FAI wins awards in Moscow

The FAI Aviation Group, based in Germany but with a number of satellite offices globally, has seen its Moscow branch win two significant industry awards. The ceremony was held at this year’s JetExpo, one of the biggest business aviation events in Russia, at its Jet24 awards evening, with FAI’s director of business development for the Russian Federation & CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries, Victor Rudnov, collecting both Opening of the Year and Most Caring Operator of the Year.

The first award was in honor of FAI’s Moscow office opening in March 2016, which has quickly established a solid client base. The second award shows that the company’s customer service is already up to standard, and considered the best in the industry.

Rudnov said afterward, “We’ve made a great start to our activity in the region, and winning these awards makes all the hard work to develop the business worth it. They also mean a lot as they are voted for by our peers, so I’m thrilled FAI was nominated and won; it’s really satisfying.”
