IAM Jet Centre sets new standards in the Caribbean

More IAM Jet Centre FBOs in the Caribbean have been awarded IS-BAH certification – the international standard for safety, service and operations best practices in the business aviation ground handling industry. The facilities at Barbados, Grenada and Tortola were each awarded the accolade, joining the center at Montego Bay.

Paul Worrell, managing director of IAM, said, “These are the first FBOs in the Caribbean and Latin America to achieve this challenging and demanding designation by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC). We are extremely proud of the high service standards, attention to detail and everyday focus on best practices that our IS-BAH registration affirms.”

Donna Goddard, group operations manager of IAM, added, “The four flagship FBOs owned and operated by IAM are among only about 20 worldwide to have achieved the IS-BAH registration so far.”
