Air Culinaire Worldwide has acquired On Air Dining, an inflight catering provider operating at London-Stansted and Farnborough airports.

The acquisition includes retention of the entire On Air Dining team to maintain operational continuity and client relationships. On Air Dining provides catering services at two UK private aviation facilities.

Daniel Hulme, founder of On Air Dining, said the acquisition aligns with company growth strategy. “This acquisition is a natural progression for On Air Dining and aligns with our long-term growth strategy,” Hulme said. “Our clients value consistency, flexibility, and personal service. Backed by the support of Air Culinaire Worldwide, we are in a stronger position than ever to deliver all three.”

According to On Air Dining, planned investments include kitchen upgrades, ordering technology systems and logistics infrastructure improvements at Stansted and Farnborough locations. Hulme said the changes support European expansion plans while maintaining the company’s service approach.

Paul Schweitzer, senior vice president of global sales and marketing at Air Culinaire Worldwide, said On Air Dining’s European market knowledge strengthens the company’s catering network. “Their commitment to quality, their deep understanding of the European private aviation market, and the strength of their existing teams at Stansted and Farnborough make them an ideal addition to our global catering network,” Schweitzer said.

John Lee, chief executive officer of Air Culinaire Worldwide, said the acquisition supports strategic expansion in European private aviation markets. “With Europe’s private aviation market continuing to grow, this partnership marks a significant step in our strategic expansion,” Lee said. “With On Air Dining’s strong foundation in the UK and our global infrastructure, we’re perfectly positioned to scale up service across the continent while maintaining the quality our clients value.”

Air Culinaire Worldwide operates inflight catering services for private aviation globally. On Air Dining has established operations serving private aviation operators and clients at London-Stansted and Farnborough airports.

The acquisition expands Air Culinaire Worldwide’s European service capabilities through On Air Dining’s existing UK facilities and client relationships. The combined operations will serve private aviation catering requirements across the European region.
