LJ Aviation has completed construction on its new state-of-the-art hangar at Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, USA, which measures 30,000ft² with 51ft high ceilings, and can accommodate aircraft up to a Boeing Business Jet, making it one of a select few private hangars in the USA able to do so.

The hangar features brand new LED lighting, ‘Big Ass’ fans, a fire suppression system and a new 70,000ft² ramp.

“The opening of our new hangar allows us to better serve more business and a broader array of business,” said Edward Kilkeary, Sr., LJ Aviation president. “We’re thrilled to offer our customers some of the best amenities in the industry and look forward to serving the new business this hangar will allow us to attract with our unwavering dedication and commitment to aviation.”

In addition to the hangar, LJ Aviation completely renovated its new maintenance facility on the field in 2015. At nearly 20,000ft², the FBO added 4,000 ft² of office space to house its maintenance, inspection and parts departments, all equipped with state-of-the-art technology, for more efficient operations and service.
