Private Jet Services to partner with iAero Airways to grow client base

Private Jet Services is to act as an agent with iAero Airways, the Miami-based airline formerly known as Swift Air to help increase its bookings.

The two companies, which have serviced professional and collegiate sports teams, live entertainment tours, corporate shuttles, and corporations executive travel are partnering because of an “increased opportunity to align resources to enhance growth”, they said in a statement.

Private Jet Services Group (PJS) founder and CEO, Greg Raiff said, “After eighteen years of working with various airlines for group charters, PJS has always been impressed with and confident in iAero’s capabilities. The growth through iAero Group capital, and the iAero platform, has allowed Airways to deliver superior operations. When you pair Airways fleet and capabilities with the PJS customer service and logistics experience, you have created the best offering in the industry.”

iAero Group CEO, Robert Caputo said, “Our partnership with PJS further establishes our mutual capabilities, vision, and growth well into the future. This partnership has iAero Group and Blackstone’s full commitment to continue to build the best integrated aviation platform and partnerships in the industry.”

PJS, which says it is the largest consultancy and broker in the USA for Part 121 movements, offers traditional executive jets, carrying 6 to 16 passengers, as well as its proprietary offering of VIP Boeing airliners for large group movements.

iAero Group provides charter airline, engine and airframe MRO, and aircraft and engine leasing and  is supported by investment firm Blackstone.
