Ross Aviation has acquired the ownership and operation of the Alaska Aerofuel FBO, located at Fairbanks International Airport, Alaska.

The FBO features a modern executive terminal, with its amenities including an on-site US Customs and Immigrations clearance office. Alaska Aerofuel specializes in quick turnarounds, de-icing and hangar space availability for overnight parking.

Jeff Ross, president and CEO at Ross Aviation, said, “Fairbanks has long been known as a premier technology stop location, much like its neighbor Anchorage in the south, where Ross Aviation also operates two FBOs.

“We look forward to complementing our presence in Alaska with Fairbanks, where our customers will now have a choice as to where to clear US Customs and Immigrations when traveling inbound to the United States.”

Alaska Aerofuel’s branding will remain the same and Paul Gibson will remain as president and general manager of the FBO.
