Smyrna Air Center, the FBO located at Smyrna Airport, Rutherford County, Tennessee, USA, has been renamed as Hollingshead Aviation. The facility takes the name from its new owner and president, Jeff Hollingshead.

Located around 30 minutes from Nashville’s downtown district, with quick access to a major highway, Smyrna Airport is a convenient location that avoids the congestion of larger facilities. Hollingshead Aviation offers a personalized rampside service, with no landing fees, a dedicated pilot’s lounge with widescreen smart TVs, oversized recliners, showers and an on-site golf course. The destination also provides specialized aircraft maintenance as a Part 145 repair station.

Jeff Hollingshead, president, Hollingshead Aviation, said, “When I took over the FBO, I immediately recognized its value as an alternative to congested city traffic and its potential to provide premier services to general aviation traffic in the greater Nashville area. As Hollingshead Aviation, we’re raising the bar of our services, from ground handling to customer needs and everywhere in between.”
