Million Air St. George has opened Jet-A-Way Café at St. George Regional Airport in Utah, adding food service to its fixed-base operator facilities.
The restaurant opened on September 18 with Chef Jeremy developing menu items including breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Chef Jeremy brings 27 years of culinary experience to the operation at the fixed-base operator location.
The café features indoor and outdoor seating with views of airport runway and ramp operations. According to Million Air St. George, the facility serves aviation travelers and local community members.
Amanda Zundel, general manager of Million Air St. George, said the restaurant complements existing services. “We’re thrilled to introduce this new amenity for both travelers and the local community, further enhancing the Million Air St. George experience,” Zundel said. “Our new restaurant offers a welcoming space to enjoy delicious food, warm hospitality and stunning views.”
Menu items include biscuits and gravy for breakfast service, plus burgers, salmon and salads for lunch and dinner periods. The dining room provides mountain views alongside airport operations visibility.
Million Air St. George operates hangar facilities, overnight parking services and vehicle rental partnerships at St. George Regional Airport. The fixed-base operator provides line support, fueling operations, concierge services and Wi-Fi connectivity for customers.
The restaurant addition expands amenities available to pilots, passengers and airport visitors. Jet-A-Way Café operates within the Million Air St. George terminal building, which is managed through Freeman Holdings Group.
