The Luxaviation Group, said to be the second largest corporate aircraft operator in the world, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Darwin Aviation, a Thailand-registered brokerage company, to expand its business throughout Southeast Asia. The signing of the agreement by the managing director of Luxaviation, Tom Künsch, and the chairman of Darwin Aviation, Darwin Yang, took place at the ASEAN-China Commerce Association’s third anniversary gala dinner in Bangkok.

At the event, which was attended by 200 guests, including politicians and business leaders, Yang expressed his pleasure at partnering with Luxaviation, and said that he hoped to grow the upward trend of general aviation in his business networks. For its part, Luxaviation hopes to expand its charter operator and aircraft management business.

Künsch said, “The potential for growth in Southeast Asia is very significant, and we are excited to partner with respected and experienced operators in order to progress these opportunities in the region. The Luxaviation Group is committed to our expansion in Asia and the Middle East, and we know that Darwin Aviation will be part of the journey.”
