Privaira is relocating its complete Part 135 operation to the Boca Raton Airport in Florida, USA, enabling the company to have its own campus with office space and maintenance hangar facilities large enough to accommodate its mid-size and large-size cabin aircraft.

Privaira is partnering with Atlantic Aviation, which will support Privaira’s operation at the Boca Raton Airport and at the other 70 locations in the Atlantic Aviation network. The relocation is planned for the end of February 2016.

“We are very excited about the relocation and the partnership with Atlantic Aviation,” said Privaira president and CEO Clemens Van der Werf. “This will give us the space and network to grow our business further and accomplish our strategic goals, and at the same time make a fresh start.

“The approval of a new customs facility at the Boca Raton Airport was a major argument in our decision to move our operation. This will allow us to operate international flights to and from our home base.”

Sue Sommers, vice president sales and marketing for Atlantic Aviation, commented, “Privaira has a stellar reputation as a first class Part 135 operation. It is a perfect fit for them to partner with Atlantic, who shares a similar reputation. We look forward to working together, and supporting this premier organization.”
