Atlantic Aviation has expanded its position at California’s McClellan-Palomar Airport at Carlsbad Airport by acquiring the assets of neighboring FBO Jet Source.

The acquisition will add 93,000ft² (8,639m²) of hangar space and 23,000ft² (2,136m²) of office space, equating to 308,000ft² (28,614m²) of hangar and office space and adding seven acres to Atlantic’s offering at the hub. The move has reduced the number of FBOs available to customers at the airport to three.

Steve Hirschfeld, regional VP of operations at Atlantic Aviation, commented, “We are pleased to offer more options for hangar storage and ramp space to Atlantic’s customers in the Southern California.”
