GetJet Aviation Holdings has reported a net profit of €25.4 million (US$27.6 million) for 2024 with total revenues reaching €184.3 million (US$200.6 million).
The Lithuania-based international aviation services group operates through GetJet Airlines, GetJet Airlines Latvia, Airhub Airlines in Malta, aviation asset management provider Airhub Aviation, and training center Airhub Training. The structure creates a vertically integrated aviation group covering Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance operations, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul services, component trading, aircraft asset management and aviation training.
GetJet Aviation Holdings manages an aviation asset portfolio valued at approximately €200 million (US$217.6 million) and operates a fleet of 16 aircraft. The group serves more than 70 clients in over 50 countries and employs around 900 aviation professionals.
According to GetJet, the company expanded operations into aviation asset management, MRO and component trading during 2024 while strengthening technical capabilities. Aircraft maintenance remains a focus of the holding’s growth strategy as the global MRO market faces capacity constraints.
“2024 was a year of strategic consolidation,” said Darius Viltrakis, chief executive of GetJet Aviation Holdings. “We expanded our operations into aviation asset management, MRO, and component trading, while also strengthening our technical capabilities. Financial results confirm the effectiveness of our strategic direction.”
Airhub Aviation provides maintenance, component trading and asset management services, operating an MRO facility at Siauliai International Airport. Starting in 2025, these maintenance services will become available to third-party clients, opening additional revenue streams for the group.
In March, GetJet Airlines secured a 40-year lease from Lithuanian Airports for land at Vilnius International Airport where it plans to build a maintenance hangar. The €10 million (US$10.9 million) investment will support aircraft maintenance operations beginning in 2028, creating an engineering hub for the group’s operational independence.
GetJet Airlines provides ACMI leasing services with the capability to dispatch a fully crewed aircraft within 90 minutes of receiving client requests. The rapid deployment capability has positioned the airline as a responsive provider in the ACMI market.
“By founding Airhub Aviation, we chose to build internal technical capabilities, giving us greater control over our operational pace,” said Viltrakis. “This approach has preserved service flexibility and profitability, even as the industry faces mounting maintenance capacity constraints.”
According to GetJet, the company will continue reinvesting profits into expanding technical self-sufficiency and growing its aircraft fleet. The group targets sustainable growth through operational diversification and technical autonomy in maintenance operations.
