Falcon Aviation Services has ordered 50 electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft from AutoFlight, with the first batch scheduled for delivery by the end of 2025 to provide services to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.
The order includes 15 V2000CG CarryAll cargo aircraft and 35 V2000EM Prosperity passenger aircraft. The cargo aircraft will transport emergency supplies and equipment parts between oil extraction sites and logistics centers.

The Abu Dhabi-based operator provides business aviation services across the Middle East and Africa, including VIP and charter operations, oil and gas support, aircraft management, maintenance, repair and overhaul services, continuing airworthiness management and heliport management. The company’s helicopter sightseeing operations carry around 70,000 passengers annually across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Falcon Aviation Services operates a helicopter fleet supporting oil and gas transport missions in the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. The company serves as the primary aviation services provider for ADNOC’s offshore operations and Kuwait Oil Company.
Representatives from ADNOC attended the October signing ceremony in Shanghai, China. ADNOC is owned by the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and was ranked 128th in the 2024 Global Brand Value 500 report.
According to AutoFlight, the V2000CG CarryAll is the first ton-class eVTOL to obtain three major airworthiness certificates. The company partnered with CNOOC and CITIC Offshore Helicopter to complete an offshore oil platform flight using the V2000CG CarryAll.
The V2000EM Prosperity passenger aircraft is undergoing verification tests. Once certified, the aircraft will support commuting and inter-base business travel for oil platform personnel.
