Signature Aviation has launched a web platform for searching and leasing aviation real estate across its fixed-base operator (FBO) network. The system provides real-time access to available ramp, hangar and office space at the company’s facilities.
The platform enables prospective and current tenants to browse, filter and initiate leasing inquiries in one location. Signature operates more than 200 private aviation terminals in 27 countries across five continents.
Users can view and search listings by availability date, space size, hangar door height and other specifications. The platform filters results by specific criteria in real time and provides listing details and photos for property comparison.
The system automatically routes inquiries through Signature’s digital leasing workflow, including application and quote generation. Real estate listings display only Signature-managed properties without external network listings.

The platform includes sorting tools for users to identify space requirements for their aircraft and operations. Signature tenants receive membership in the Resident Premier program.
Resident Premier members receive discounted fuel, complimentary ground power on departure, priority hangar space access at network locations, and other benefits. The program operates across Signature’s network of private aviation terminals.
Signature also offers more than 16 million square feet of carbon neutral office and hangar real estate globally. The company is the largest distributor of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) by volume.
