Luxaviation UK has added a Bombardier Challenger 650 to its charter fleet, operating from Farnborough Airport.
The aircraft features a range of 4,000 nautical miles (7,408km), connecting London with destinations including New York, Dubai and Lagos. The Challenger 650 accommodates up to 12 passengers and operates on both long-haul and regional European routes.
George Galanopoulos, chief executive officer of Luxaviation UK, said the aircraft addresses client demand for comfort and operational flexibility. “We are seeing demand for aircraft that deliver both comfort and practicality,” Galanopoulos said. “The Challenger 650 is a great fit for our clients, offering a luxurious travel experience with the performance to cover everything from regional hops to transatlantic journeys.”
The aircraft cabin includes lie-flat seating, high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, full galley facilities and an entertainment system. According to Luxaviation UK, the Challenger 650 provides the widest cabin configuration in its aircraft category.
Patrick Hansen, chief executive officer of Luxaviation Group, said the addition strengthens the company’s UK charter operations. “Luxaviation is committed to giving our clients access to one of the most versatile charter fleets in the market,” Hansen said. “The Challenger 650 strengthens our offering in the UK and reflects our focus on delivering choice, quality and reliability at every level.”
The aircraft will be available for charter operations serving business and leisure travelers from Farnborough Airport. Luxaviation UK operates charter services across European and international routes with a focus on flexible scheduling capabilities.
