Atlantic Aviation has started construction on its first facility at John C. Tune Airport (JWN) in Nashville, Tennessee, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The development includes a 7,500sq ft (697sq m) executive FBO terminal, a 37,000sq ft (3,437sq m) hangar and office complex capable of accommodating a full range of business aircraft, and approximately 175,000sq ft (16,258sq m) of new ramp space. A 60,000-gallon Jet A fuel farm and 12,000 gallons of 100LL capacity will be built alongside a dedicated de-icing pad. The project incorporates LEED-focused design elements.
Atlantic was awarded the contract through a competitive RFP process by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA). John C. Tune Airport is located eight miles west of downtown Nashville and serves as a reliever for Nashville International Airport (BNA), both operated by MNAA.

The project team includes Margulies Hoelzli Architecture, civil engineer Benesch, general contractor PRO Building Systems and American Environmental Aviation for the fuel farm. The JWN facility complements Atlantic’s recently completed FBO at Nashville International Airport.
