Latin American aviation services company Aerowise has launched a platform connecting flight coordination and expense review for pilots, operators, aircraft owners and family offices, with commercial subscriptions available from NBAA-BACE 2026.
The platform brings together itineraries, permits, airport services, crew and passenger documentation, operational communications and expenses into a shared workspace. Its Flight Actuals workflow organizes expenses by flight, identifies missing invoices and supports the review of charges before flight closure.
“Aircraft owners need to understand what each flight costs, and pilots need a clear way to review the services and expenses they are responsible for,” said Perla Fagundez Lentz, founder and CEO of Aerowise. “We are building Aerowise around that shared need: clear information, explicit responsibilities and less time spent chasing documents and updates.”
Aerowise is also developing an AI assistant, Amel-ia, to help users navigate operational information while preserving human review and decision-making.
Aerowise was founded by Fagundez Lentz, who has more than 21 years of experience in business aviation. The company provides ground handling services in Argentina and Uruguay alongside international trip support and technology solutions.
