Falcon Executive Aviation has announced the development of a private fixed-base operation terminal in Dubai designed for helicopter services and electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft operations.
The company, part of Alex Group Investment, announced the project during Dubai Airshow. The terminal is designed to integrate private jet, helicopter and eVTOL services within a single facility.
Constructed on a 6,380 sq m (68,684 sq ft) plot, the terminal will feature helipad and vertiport access, enabling helicopter and eVTOL arrivals, departures and inter-emirate transfers. The terminal will support Dubai’s urban air mobility integration.
The facility is designed to enable travelers to land by private jet, clear customs and continue journeys by helicopter or transition to eVTOL services for point-to-point travel across Dubai. The development will include retail, private banking, commercial spaces and VIP lounges.
“This terminal marks a shift in Dubai’s aviation future,” said Sultan Rashit Abdulla Rashit Al Shene, founder and chairman at Alex Group Investment. “For the first time, private jet operations, helicopter services, and next generation eVTOL mobility will operate under one gateway. We are building the largest helipad facility in the UAE, not as an addition, but as a foundation for the region’s future air mobility network.”
The project is part of Alex Group Investment’s 2026-2028 strategic roadmap, which includes building rotary-wing infrastructure and hangar facilities to meet demand in airborne mobility and transport technologies. According to the company, the facility will serve as a hub for Dubai’s air taxi network.
Falcon Executive Aviation operates private aviation services in the United Arab Emirates. The company is based in Dubai.
