Flight Pro International (FPI) has upgraded its Flight Pro Connect (FPC) trip management software with two new features: a Trip Planner providing access to operational data across more than 25,000 airports in over 190 countries, and a Trip Notifications system that delivers real-time updates to crew, schedulers and operations teams throughout a mission.
The Trip Planner offers searchable airport intelligence including operating hours, restrictions, advisories, customs and immigration requirements, landing permit details, FBO profiles, ground handler information, facility views, weather and NOTAMs. Searches can be conducted by ICAO, IATA, airport name, city or country. In 2026, the platform was expanded with arrival photos, interactive facility maps and validated local information from FPI’s preferred handlers.
Trip Notifications is a customizable communications tool that monitors airport and regulatory services, permits, slots, PPR, ground handling, parking, fuel, hotels, transportation, catering, flight planning, weather updates and itinerary changes. Users can tailor notification preferences by delivery method, scope, timing and frequency to match their role.
