OK3 AIR has completed a hangar at Heber Valley Airport in Utah.
The hangar offers 31,500 sq ft (2,926 sq m) of space large enough to accommodate an ultra-long-range business jet. The airport will offer a total of 65,000 sq ft (6,039 sq m) of hangar capacity.
The project, overseen by Span Construction and Engineering, includes airside improvements including a 20,000 sq ft (1,858 sq m) ramp, FAA-compliant drainage systems and aircraft markings. The hangar was completed by the end of 2025.
“This new hangar and its infrastructure mark a milestone for OK3 AIR and for the future of aviation in our region,” said Nadim AbuHaidar, owner at OK3 AIR. “We’re excited to open the doors and deliver expanded capabilities that meet the rising demand from private aircraft.”
Hangar tenants receive access to OK3 AIR amenities including line services, concierge services, avionics support and on-site maintenance. The facility includes a lobby, a conference room with seating for eight and a lounge area.
Preleasing is available at the facility. The fixed-base operation is located at Heber Valley Airport in Heber City, Utah.
OK3 AIR provides access to Deer Valley, Sundance and Park City. The company is an Avfuel-branded partner, providing customers with AVTRIP rewards and Avfuel Contract Fuel pricing.
Customers using the Avfuel Pro Card at the facility can place fuel and non-fuel items on one transaction. OK3 AIR operates as the fixed-base operator at Heber Valley Airport.
The company provides aircraft maintenance, aircraft sales and line services. OK3 AIR is based in Heber City, Utah.
