Signature Aviation has introduced Signature Access, a new pricing approach that consolidates core access-related charges into a single price based on aircraft size, time on ramp and terminal location across its continental US network.
Developed with input from operators, the model replaces multiple separate charges with one transparent price. At continental US locations, eligible fuel purchases entitle operators to a first-hour waiver. Optional services such as hangar, GPU and lavatory remain priced separately. An online estimator tool allows operators to review anticipated costs in advance.
Signature is also reforming its approach to event fees. Beginning in 2027, event fees will be limited to a small number of high-demand events, with pricing and applicable locations communicated at least 30 days in advance. Planned 2027 event fee categories include the Super Bowl in Los Angeles, the College Football Playoff National Championship in Las Vegas, Art Basel in Miami Beach, the US Open Tennis Championships and UN General Assembly in New York, and select Formula 1 race weekends in Miami, Montreal, Austin and Las Vegas.
“We are grateful to the guests and operators whose perspectives helped shape Signature Access,” said Derek DeCross, chief commercial officer at Signature Aviation. “Their feedback was instrumental in creating a clearer, more predictable pricing approach that gives guests greater visibility, flexibility and control.”
NBAA acting COO Dan Hubbard said: “Transparency in all aspects of operations, including FBO pricing, is of paramount importance to FBO customers. With this new initiative, Signature Aviation appears to be taking a step toward the transparency that our operator members demand.”
Signature Access is live at select locations and will roll out across additional sites in phases. Signature’s Hawaii locations will offer a modified version without the first-hour waiver.
