The Air Charter Association has announced a partnership with AERO Friedrichshafen for the 32nd edition of the general aviation trade show, taking place from 22 to 25 April 2026 in Friedrichshafen, Germany.
The ACA will exhibit at the event for the first time. AERO Friedrichshafen attracts over 32,000 visitors and 756 exhibitors from more than 38 countries.
The ACA will host its Air Charter Essentials course at Messe Friedrichshafen on 21 April for members and non-members of the association. Launching in March, the training course is designed to support new talent and individuals seeking to enter the industry by delivering an introduction to aviation knowledge focused on the air charter industry.
The ACA will host its EU Regional Forum at AERO Friedrichshafen on 22 April. The forum will feature industry speakers addressing developments in air charter. Previous forums have focused on broker-operator relations, industry regulations, technology, cyber-security and sustainability. The panel agenda and list of speakers will be available in advance.
Following the EU Regional Forum, The ACA will co-sponsor an evening networking reception.
Members of The ACA exhibiting at AERO Friedrichshafen for the first time will receive a discounted rate for the 2026 show.
“I am delighted to announce The Air Charter Association is partnering with AERO Friedrichshafen for the 2026 show,” said Glenn Hogben, chief executive of The ACA. “Our membership has become increasingly engaged with this event and the Association is well placed to expand the presence of air charter, by bringing the popular ACA EU Regional Forum, and Air Charter Essentials training course to AERO Friedrichshafen for the first time.”
Tobias Bretzel, show director at AERO Friedrichshafen, said having the ACA EU Regional Forum and training course as part of the conference programme reflects the growing importance of the AERO Business Aviation Show Hub within the European business aviation industry.
The Air Charter Association promotes best practice through accreditation, professional training and The ACA Internship. The association provides members with guidance, advocacy with authorities and governments, and business networking events.
