Bombardier is displaying its Global 8000 at a trade show for the first time at the Catarina Aviation Show in Sao Paulo, Brazil (May 21-23), alongside the Global 6500 and Challenger 3500.
The Global 8000 has a top speed of Mach 0.95 and a range of 8,000nm (14,816km), enabling routes from Sao Paulo to Perth, Vancouver and Dubai. Its advanced wing design with leading-edge slats gives the aircraft access to up to 30% more airports than its closest competitor, according to Bombardier.
The Global 6500, with a range of 6,600nm (12,224km) and top speed of Mach 0.90, and the Challenger 3500, which Bombardier said was the most delivered super-midsize business jet in 2025, are also on display.
“Being on site at the Catarina Aviation Show provides Bombardier with the perfect opportunity to showcase the performance and design attributes of these aircraft,” said Frank Vento, vice president of sales for the US and Latin America at Bombardier.
Bombardier’s service network in the region includes authorized service facility MAGA Aviation at Catarina Airport, which provides line maintenance and parts for all Global, Challenger and Learjet aircraft. The company’s factory-owned service center at Miami Opa-Locka also supports customers in the region.
