Elevate Jet has launched a booking app for private jet travel. The platform provides instant pricing across six aircraft categories, from light jets to ultra-long-range jets.
The app is powered by a proprietary AI agent named Ruby, which analyzes factors such as range, availability, fuel requirements, crew limits and airport constraints to match trips with aircraft and generate itineraries.
“Private aviation has always promised luxury, but too often delivers frustration,” said Greg Raiff, chief executive of Elevate Jet. “The Elevate Jet app changes everything. In seconds, clients can see pricing, select the right aircraft, and book with confidence.”
The platform provides pricing and aircraft options without requiring calls to a sales representative. Users can complete bookings, including last-minute flights and complex itineraries, within the app.
At the core of the platform is Elevate Jet’s flight grading system, which documents and evaluates operational details of each flight. This includes pilot and crew performance, FBO service quality, cabin design, aircraft condition and which manager is on duty at departure. The system captures data across flights to predict outcomes and avoid failure points.
The app integrates Elevate Jet’s 300-point internal flight checklist that captures operational requirements and traveler preferences. The checklist documents factors from regulatory and safety considerations to personal details and preferences. Catering selections, timing sensitivities, privacy expectations and onboard amenities are recorded and applied to each traveler.
“Private aviation has had apps for years, but none truly integrated operational expertise in the hands of the user,” Raiff said. “We didn’t want to build another useless app. We wanted to take 30 years of experience and make it usable, scalable and most importantly, enjoyable.”
Elevate Jet has 30 years of experience in private aviation, managing itineraries for clients in music, professional sports, technology and business. The company provides on-demand booking, aircraft management, acquisition guidance and maintenance coordination.
