Naples Aviation, the sole FBO at Naples Airport in Florida, has been ranked eighth in the US in the 2026 Professional Pilot PRASE Survey, up from 10th in 2025. It also placed fifth among independent FBOs, up from eighth the previous year.
The PRASE (Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment) Survey, now in its 53rd year, is conducted by Professional Pilot magazine and is based solely on feedback from aircraft operators, including aviation managers, chief pilots and flight department executives. The 2026 edition included more than 10,000 individual evaluations. Rankings are determined across six categories: line team, customer service representatives, facility, amenities, promptness and efficiency, and value for price.
“Recognition in the PRASE Survey reflects direct feedback from the professional pilot community,” said Chris Rozansky, executive director of the Naples Airport Authority. “Naples Aviation’s ranking underscores a consistent commitment to safety, service quality and operational excellence.”
Naples Aviation achieved IS-BAH Stage 2 certification from the International Business Aviation Council in 2025. Naples Airport is a self-sustaining public facility funded through airport-generated revenues including fuel sales, leases and services.
