Textron Aviation has officially celebrated the opening of its Melbourne Service Center at Essendon Fields Airport, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held during the company’s 2026 Asia-Pacific Customer Conference in August.
The facility has been supporting customers since March 2026 and provides factory-direct maintenance, parts support and technical expertise for Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker operators across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
“The Melbourne Service Center represents a significant investment in our customers, our people and the future of aviation in Australia,” said Zaki Abu Ghazaleh, general manager of Australia service centers at Textron Aviation. “This facility expands our capacity, enhances our capabilities and positions us to serve operators across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region for years to come.”
