FlyHouse has acquired JetsMRO, an FAA Part 145 maintenance, repair and overhaul operation based in Dallas that specializes in business aircraft maintenance and aircraft-on-ground (AOG) support.
The acquisition expands FlyHouse’s maintenance capabilities and gives the company a presence in Dallas and South Florida, two of the busiest business aviation markets in the USA.
“Maintenance is one of the most critical parts of aviation operations,” said Jack E. Lambert, Jr., CEO of FlyHouse. “Bringing JetsMRO into the House strengthens our maintenance infrastructure and establishes an important base in Dallas and South Florida.”
JetsMRO was founded by Suresh Narayanan, whose background spans aircraft maintenance, operations and aviation leadership.
“Our focus has always been delivering dependable maintenance with speed, precision and accountability,” said Narayanan. “Joining FlyHouse allows us to expand that work on a larger platform while continuing to serve partners and operators across the most important aviation markets in the country.”
FlyHouse operates a charter, aircraft management and aviation services platform headquartered in Camarillo, California.
