The European Business Aviation Association has opened general exhibitor bookings for EBACE26, which takes place from 2 to 4 June 2026 at Palexpo, Geneva Airport.
The event will bring together aircraft manufacturers, operators, service providers, suppliers and decision-makers from the business aviation community.
“EBACE is first and foremost a business platform and our exhibitors are central to the value the show delivers,” said Stefan Benz, chief executive of EBAA. “Our focus for EBACE26 is on creating the right conditions for productive engagement. With priority and premium placements on the floorplan now complete, we are opening general exhibitor bookings and inviting the wider industry to take part. Whether attending EBACE for the first time or returning year after year, exhibitors can expect a highly targeted audience, improved visitor flow and an event designed to support effective connections across the business aviation value chain.”
EBACE26 will feature a static aircraft display with turboprops and ultra-long-range jets spanning a range of sizes and mission profiles. The aircraft display will be located in a new area at Geneva Airport with secure perimeters and controlled entry points.
The layout will allow manufacturers to engage with visitors alongside their aircraft, supported by dedicated hosting areas. The showcase has been configured to support safe and efficient access for show participants.
“As plans for EBACE26 continue to take shape, the show will feature a completely reimagined aircraft static display, alongside new show features and an updated conference programme,” Benz said. “We look forward to sharing further details in the coming weeks.”
EBACE26 will introduce a conference agenda distinct from the 2025 programme, shaped by feedback from across the industry. Sessions will focus on issues influencing European business aviation and include input from exhibitors, designed to offer practical insight and discussion.
