Euro Jet has opened a crew office at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, its 19th crew lounge or office across Central and Eastern Europe, as the ground handler prepares for increased traffic around the 2026 UEFA Champions League Final on May 30.
The facility is located in the Terminal 1 building, opposite the general aviation terminal, and offers crew a private space to rest or work after arrival, before departure or between flights. It includes comfortable seating, a fully equipped workstation, Wi-Fi, a printer and refreshments, with an on-site Euro Jet team member available at all times. The service is complimentary.
Euro Jet’s Hungarian operations are led by country manager Peter Pazurek, who oversees a team of ground service coordinators based in Budapest, with colleagues also stationed in Debrecen and Heviz-Balaton. The team provides ground support services across the country, combining local knowledge and close coordination with airport authorities.
The new crew office will be particularly valuable during peak periods around the Champions League Final. “Major events such as the Champions League Final bring a high level of operational complexity,” said Pazurek. “Our team is well prepared to support this demand, with up-to-date local insight, strong relationships across the airport community and the experience needed to ensure seamless handling for our customers.”
Euro Jet will exhibit at AERO Friedrichshafen in southern Germany from April 22 to 25, where the team will be available to discuss the Budapest crew office, Champions League Final support and its services for the upcoming summer season, including operations along the Adriatic coast.
