Freeman Holdings Group, the largest licensee of the Million Air FBO brand, is developing new hangars at three US locations: St. George, Utah; Moses Lake, Washington; and Orlando, Florida.
The 40,000sq ft (3,716sq m) hangar at Million Air Moses Lake (KMWH) at Grant County International Airport will include 30,825sq ft (2,864sq m) of aircraft space and 8,375sq ft (778sq m) of integrated office suites. The facility is designed for commercial and government narrow-body clients, with capacity for two B737s or a single B757 on a long-term basis. It is positioned adjacent to the terminal and near the customs ramp. Completion is expected in January 2027.
At St. George Regional Airport (KSGU), a 22,500sq ft (2,090sq m) ramp-facing hangar will be the largest on the field, capable of accommodating a Gulfstream G650 or Bombardier Global 6000 through a 150ft (46m) wide by 28ft (8.5m) high door. It is also due for completion in January 2027.
Million Air Orlando (KSFB) at Orlando Sanford International Airport has begun construction on a 30,500sq ft (2,833sq m) hangar designed for mid-size to large-cabin business jets, with completion anticipated in August 2026.
Freeman Holdings Group operates multiple Million Air-branded FBOs across the US.
