Steiner Aviation International has broadened its airframe maintenance and inspection capabilities at its Akron-Canton Regional Airport (CAK) facility in Ohio, adding Cessna Citation 500/550/560 series, all Beechcraft King Air models and all Dassault Falcon types alongside its recently established Embraer ERJ 135/145 program.
The company has hired three A&P technicians and two avionics technicians to support the expanded workload and is planning additional hangar and shop space to accommodate larger aircraft.
“This expansion is more than just adding aircraft types to our capabilities,” said Kevin Steiner, general manager. “It’s about giving operators another choice for high-quality maintenance backed by personal service and accountability. We provide a level of personal service and commitment that can be difficult to find at a larger MRO.”
The expanded airframe capabilities complement Steiner Aviation’s existing avionics repair, installation and upgrade services. The company has operated at Akron-Canton for more than 25 years.
