SC Aviation has acquired Heartland Aviation, an Eau Claire, Wisconsin-based provider of aircraft management, charter and maintenance services, expanding its presence across western Wisconsin and the Minneapolis-St. Paul region.
Heartland Aviation will continue operating under its current name following the acquisition. SC Aviation said it plans to add additional aircraft at the Eau Claire location in the coming months.
“Heartland Aviation has built a strong reputation in the Eau Claire region, and this acquisition allows us to combine that local expertise with SC Aviation’s resources and network to better serve our customers throughout the Upper Midwest,” said Adam Singer, vice president and general manager of SC Aviation.

SC Aviation is based in Janesville, Wisconsin, and provides charter, aircraft management, maintenance and aviation consulting services.
